According to the cooking utensil, hot air driven by the centrifugal fan is subjected to forced convection heat exchange with the heating pipe, then enters the interlayer between the containing cavity and the cup body through the first through hole, then is subjected to convection heat exchange with the bottom and the peripheral face of the cup body and then enters the hot air assembly again through the first through hole, and hot air circulation is achieved; therefore, heat generated by the heating tube is transferred to the cup body, food in the cup body is heated through heat conduction of the cup body, heating and concentration of the food are achieved, and finally sauce is made.
