In the sleep wake-up control circuit, a signal conversion circuit is used for being connected with a pull-down resistor in a charging gun when the charging gun is inserted into a charging socket of a target battery, converting a resistance signal of the pull-down resistor into a sleep wake-up signal, and sending the sleep wake-up signal to a wake-up signal receiving end of a battery management system; so that the battery management system starts to work after receiving the sleep wake-up signal to achieve the charging control of the target battery; the resistance detection circuit is used for being connected with the pull-down resistor when the charging gun is inserted into the charging socket, outputting a target voltage signal and sending the target voltage signal to a voltage signal receiving end of the battery management system, so that the battery management system calculates the resistance value of the pull-down resistor according to the target voltage signal.
