The method comprises the following steps: acquiring historical access data, wherein the historical access data comprises page views corresponding to a target website at at least two moments in a sampling time period; constructing a page view change relationship based on the historical access data, wherein the page view change relation is used for representing the change condition of the page view along with time; extracting at least one page view feature from the page view change relation, wherein the page view features are used for describing the change trend of the page view; determining a data category corresponding to the historical access data by utilizing the access quantity characteristics; and predicting the expected page view of the target website through the data category and the page view feature. According to the method, the page view prediction is realized according to the change trend reflected by the category and the page view condition, so that the page view prediction accuracy is improved, and the reasonable configuration of network resources and computing resources is ensured.
