The method specifically comprises the following step: establishing a prevention and control optimization model for the IPFC-containing power system taking the wind power scene into consideration. The Markov chain model is adopted for generating the wind power scene, and the method is simple in process, high in calculation speed and suitable for prediction of a short time scale; prevention and control ensure that power flow does not exceed a limit after an anticipated accident (N-1 fault) occurs, and related power flow calculation is N-1 power flow calculation containing IPFC; and a main problem is solved by adopting a particle swarm algorithm, and whether the algorithm is converged or not is judged. According to the method, introduction of various scenes and probability scenes of wind power access is considered, so the model gives full play to the stability adjustment function of the IPFC in a limit scene; and meanwhile, the economical efficiency of the system during normal operation can be considered, so the method has high adaptability to complex and changeable operation scenes of the power system and has engineering practical significance.
