The monitoring device comprises a pressure difference tester, wherein the pressure difference tester is arranged on the side of the cleaning sieve, and the inner wall of the pressure difference tester is cylindrical; a rotating shaft is inserted into the pressure difference tester in the diameter direction of the cylindrical inner wall; a disc-shaped air tongue matched with the section shape of the cylindrical inner wall is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft; an upper air taking pipe and a lower air taking pipe leading to the upper part and the lower part of the cleaning sieve lead out of the positions, located at the upper part and the lower part of the cylinder wall air tongue, of the pressure difference tester correspondingly; the tail ends of the two air taking pipes face the air incoming direction of cleaning airflow; and the rotating shaft extends outwards to be connected to an angle sensor.
