Abstract

A method for identifying the periodontitis absorption degree based on mesial and distal key points comprises the following steps: firstly, acquiring panoramic images of teeth, performing image enhancement operation on each panoramic image, and combining the initial panoramic image and the enhanced panoramic image together to serve as segmentation model input; inputting the panoramic film into a full tooth segmentation model to obtain a segmentation result, and cutting a single tooth area in the segmentation result to obtain a single tooth image; and then, inputting a single tooth image into the mesial and distal key point detection models to obtain a detection result; and finally, calculating the periodontitis absorption degree of the teeth according to the distance relationship between the key points in the detection result.
