Abstract

The preparation process comprises the following steps: 1, pretreating wheat through a peeling device and mixing with other processing materials; 2, performing starch modification treatment on the mixture in the step 1 in a dry environment; 3, adding a certain amount of functional materials into the mixture obtained in the step 2, and carrying out crushing treatment; and 4, inspecting and packaging the product, and completing preparation of the oxidized anticoagulant starch adhesive.
