Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a sugarcane smut fungicide for inducing flowering of sugarcane variety 05-136, and belongs to the field of biological inoculants. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) obtaining a strain, namely culturing sugarcane smut on sugarcane flowers in a teliospore culture medium to obtain a sugarcane smut strain, wherein the preservation number of the sugarcane smut is 61390; (2) culturing the strain, namely inoculating a YePSA culture medium with the strain for culturing; (3) obtaining a seed solution, namely inoculating a YePS liquid culture medium with the thalli in the YePSA culture medium, and carrying out culturing for 2 days to obtain the seed solution; and (4) obtaining the microbial inoculum, namely inoculating the seed solution into a YePS liquid culture medium according to a volume ratio of 1: 50, and carrying out culturing for 2 days to finally obtain the sugarcane smut microbial inoculum.
