verification unit. The
molecular marker provided by the invention is based on the correlation between the
candidate gene of the site and the known
disease-resistant pathway of the
plant, and the
MYB transcription factor can improve or reduce the resistance level of the
plant to
pathogenic bacteria by regulating the synthesis of secondary metabolites, transduction of
plant hormone signals, expression of defensive genes and the like.
