The method comprises the steps of: receiving house 360-degree panoramic data which are autonomously shot and uploaded by the public, and generating a house three-dimensional color point cloud by using the house 360-degree panoramic data; regularizing the house color point cloud, and selecting a wall surface; extracting a house plane graph based on the house point cloud; and displaying the 360-degree panorama, the plane graph and the three-dimensional model of the house in an associated manner. The method and the system enable the public to autonomously and quickly construct a live-action three-dimensional model of a house, and realizes low-cost, efficient and convenient three-dimensional visual digital expression of a house. By utilizing a 360-degree panoramic multi-view photogrammetry processing technology, the efficiency and accuracy of live-action three-dimensional model construction are remarkably improved, the cost of house live-action three-dimensional modeling and the workload of field data acquisition of professionals are reduced, crowdsourcing house three-dimensional modeling and visual expression are realized, and the method has a wide application prospect.
