A composition comprises inulin, a natural emulsifier (alkyl polyglycoside), arginine and natural grease; and the mass percent ratio of the inulin to the natural emulsifier (alkyl polyglucoside) to the arginine to the natural grease to the water is (2.0-10.0):(1.0-45.0):(1.0-10.0):(10.0-50.0):(10.0-90.0). The composition disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation process, stable in performance, easy to apply, beneficial to industrial production and good in application prospect.
