The grooved ring type treatment casing structure is characterized in that a casing of the treatment casing is connected with a grooved ring through a screw to form a main body structure of the grooved ring type treatment casing; secondly, an annular rib divides the casing of the treatment casing into an air inlet chamber and an exhaust chamber, wherein the annular rib is connected with the casing of the treatment casing in a welding mode; reinforcing ribs which are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction are welded in the air inlet cavity and the exhaust cavity to guarantee the strength of the whole structure; then, the four important structural parameters of the grooved ring are determined by the design method of the grooved ring type treatment casing of the gas compressor of the ship gas turbine; finally, the grooved ring type treatment casing adopts a split-half structure, so that treatment casings with different structural forms can be quickly replaced and mounted on the gas compressor test bed; and meanwhile, the structure is not limited to a ship gas turbine axial flow compressor, but also suitable for various industrial gas turbine axial flow compressors with treatment casing and aero-engine axial flow compressors.
