Abstract

The gap adjusting device can be used for being installed on the robot with a machine body and shells and comprises a support capable of being installed on the machine body, an adjusting wheel rotationally installed on the support, a guide column in threaded connection with the adjusting wheel and an anti-rotation column connected with the guide column. An anti-rotation hole is formed in the support. The anti-rotation column is inserted into the anti-rotation hole so as to limit rotation of the guide column relative to the support. The guide column can be driven to upwards jack up the shells or descend by a certain height by rotating the adjusting wheel, so that the shells are flush with the surface of the machine body, or the surfaces of the multiple shells are flush; gaps between the shells and the machine body meet the preset requirement, and the gaps between the shells can further be reduced; and for the shells with a certain error in machining and mounting, the shells can be adjusted to meet the requirement through the gap adjusting device, and the production and machining cost of the robot is reduced.
