Embodiment Construction

[0076] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention more clear, the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the examples. The specific embodiments described here are only used to explain the present invention, not to limit the invention.

[0077] Such as figure 1 As shown, a direction-sensitive multi-gesture recognition system based on WiFi devices in this embodiment includes a data collection module, a data preprocessing module, a feature analysis module, an abnormal gesture filtering module, and a gesture recognition module;

[0078] The data acquisition module is used to perform the same gestures in different directions in the effective Fresnel zone formed between the WiFi transmitter and the WiFi receiver, and at the same time collect the CSI in the WiFi signal transmitted by the WiFi transmitter through the WiFi receiver The data is stored and the CSI amplitude information is obtained from...

Abstract

The invention discloses a direction- sensitive multi-gesture identification system and method based on WiFi equipment, and the system comprises a data collection module, a data preprocessing module, a feature analysis module, an abnormal gesture filtering module and a gesture identification module.The method comprises the following steps: collecting and storing CSI data in a WiFi signal transmitted by a WiFi transmitting end through a WiFi receiving end, and obtaining CSI amplitude information from the collected CSI data; preprocessing the obtained CSI amplitude information to obtain CSI data which is subjected to noise elimination and completely contains gesture information; judging illegal CSI (Channel State Information) data in the preprocessed data of the gesture information by adopting an illegal data judgment algorithm based on an SVM (Support Vector Machine), and filtering abnormal gesture actions to obtain judged legal CSI data; and inputting the judged legal CSI data into a DNN neural network, performing feature analysis on gesture actions in different directions by adopting a method based on a Fresnel zone model, determining different directions of the same gesture action, and then classifying the gesture actions in different directions and outputting a gesture identification result.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of gesture recognition, in particular to a direction-sensitive multi-gesture recognition system and method based on a WiFi device. Background technique [0002] With the deepening of artificial intelligence and machine learning related research, more and more smart devices have emerged as the times require, and have become an important part of people's daily life. At the same time, people have also shown strong concern for human-computer interaction. The use of smart devices has greatly changed people's lifestyles. Whether in homes, schools or offices, as long as there are embeddable sensors, computing and communication devices, everyone can enjoy smart services instantly. In addition, people can also obtain computer system services by carrying smart mobile devices or wearable devices, such as smart phones, smart watches, and the like. Today, people's demand for intelligent products is no longer limited to ...
