Abstract

The flexible display panel comprises a liquid crystal layer arranged between a first flexible substrate and a second flexible substrate, a supporting layer and a first alignment layer, wherein a liquid crystal comprises first liquid crystal molecules and second liquid crystal molecules, and the second liquid crystal molecules are arranged on a surface, facing the liquid crystal layer, of the second flexible substrate; the supporting layer is arranged on a face, back on to the liquid crystal layer, of the first alignment layer, and the supporting layer inclines from an edge area to a center area; the first alignment layer is arranged on a face, facing the liquid crystal layer, of the supporting layer, and the first liquid crystal molecules are arranged on a surface of the first alignment layer. By arranging the supporting layer, the first liquid crystal molecules and the second liquid crystal molecules have different pretilt angles, so when the second flexible substrate and the first flexible substrate are bent, a problem of dislocation of the pretilt angles of the liquid crystal molecules in the liquid crystal layer caused by bending of the second flexible substrate and the first flexible substrate is compensated; and brightness uniformity of the curved screen is improved, so the display effect is improved.
