Abstract

An ultraviolet lamp tube is coaxially arranged in the center of the smoke exhaust pipe, a plurality of partition plates are arranged between the ultraviolet lamp tube and the inner wall of the smoke exhaust pipe, two sides of each partition plate are connected with the ultraviolet lamp tube and the inner wall of the smoke exhaust pipe in a sealing manner so as to divide an air duct of the smoke exhaust pipe into a plurality of independent air ducts, and each partition plate is a spiral partition plate which spirally ascends around the ultraviolet lamp tube; and a plurality of oil collecting fins are arranged on the inner wall of the smoke exhaust pipe in each independent air duct, the oil collecting fins are bent and spirally distributed on the inner wall of the smoke exhaust pipe, and an oil exhaust pipe is connected to the bottom of the smoke exhaust pipe. According to the smoke exhaust pipe, by adopting the mode of combining the spiral separation sheets and ultraviolet rays, the content of grease in smoke discharged from a kitchen is reduced, attachment of grease in the air ducts is reduced, and corrosion of the air ducts is reduced; and moreover, the oil collecting fins are arranged in the air ducts, so that the grease in the spiral independent air ducts can be well collected on the inner side of an opening and falls to the bottom of the smoke exhaust pipe under the action of gravity, and cleaning is facilitated.
