A back plate is arranged on the back surface of the box body, the fresh air inlet is formed in the left side surface of the box body, and a filtering device is arranged at the fresh air inlet; a plurality of uniformly-distributed heating pipes and the fin heater are arranged in the box body, and the fin heater is connected to an external heat source. An inclined surface is arranged on one side of the upper part of the box body, and an observation window is arranged on the inclined surface. The electric control cabinet is mounted on the right side of the box body and controls the temperature of the heating pipes and the rotating speed of a fan; the feeding opening is further formed in the right side of the box body and can be closed and opened, and the bottom of the feeding opening is flush with a storage rack in the box body.
