Abstract

The invention relates to a motor liquid cooling system. The motor liquid cooling system comprises at least two groups of flow channel structures which are sequentially connected along the axial direction of a stator core, and a flow guide structure which is connected with the flow channel structures, the flow guide structure comprises a liquid collecting part and a liquid guide part connected with the liquid collecting part, and the liquid collecting part is communicated with the flow channel structure; the liquid guide part comprises at least one liquid guide hole, and the liquid guide hole corresponds to the winding and is used for guiding the cooling liquid of the liquid collection part to the winding. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the at least two groups of flow channel structures can perform heat dissipation on the stator core, and the diversion structures connected with the flow channel structures can perform heat dissipation on the windings, so that cooling and heat dissipation of the stator core and the windings can be considered, and the overall heat dissipation capability of the motor can be improved; meanwhile, by means of the winding heat dissipation mode, the requirement for the sealing environment can be lowered, and the power requirement for an oil pump can be lowered.
