The Internet of Things terminal can send a first message to the local ID synchronizer, wherein the first message comprises a first terminal identifier; the local ID synchronizer can modify a first terminal identifier in the first message into a second terminal identifier to form a second message, and sends the second message to a server through a 5G core network, wherein in different time periods, the second terminal identifiers are different; the server can receive a second message.
