The invention discloses a disinfection machine which comprises a housing, a wind wheel, a first disinfection and sterilization module and a second disinfection and sterilization module. The housing is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; the wind wheel is arranged in the shell; and the first disinfection and sterilization module and the second disinfection and sterilization module are arranged in the shell, the first disinfection and sterilization module comprises a filtering device, the second disinfection and sterilization module comprises an ultraviolet lamp module, and the filtering device is located at the upstream side, in the air outlet direction, of the ultraviolet lamp module. According to the disinfection machine, the dual disinfection and sterilization effects are achieved, the disinfection and sterilization effects are good, the filtering device is located at the upstream side, in the air outlet direction, of the ultraviolet lamp module, and therefore the concentration of particulate matters in airflow flowing to the ultraviolet lamp module is reduced, and the disinfection and sterilization effects can be improved; and on the premise of achieving the same disinfection and sterilization effect, the power of the ultraviolet lamp module can be reduced, so that the risk of ultraviolet leakage and the overall power consumption and use cost of the disinfection machine can be reduced.
