Abstract

The manufacturing method comprises the steps that 1) PP corrugated pipes with trapezoidal cross sections are continuously produced on a trapezoidal PP corrugated pipe forming mold; (2) the PP corrugated pipes with the trapezoidal cross sections pass through a trapezoidal rib wrapping die, the wrapping die extrudes an HDPE melt wrapping layer to wrap the PP corrugated pipes, and an HDPE single-hole trapezoidal reinforced rib strip is formed; (3) the HDPE single-hole trapezoidal reinforced rib strip is pulled to a set of hot-state barrel molds to be synchronously wound with an HDPE bottom belt, specifically, the bottom belt and the lower edge of the single-hole trapezoidal reinforced rib strip are heated and pressed, and an HDPE single-hole trapezoidal reinforced rib winding pipe body and bell and spigot blanks at the two ends of the HDPE single-hole trapezoidal reinforced rib winding pipe body are integrally formed; and (4) the bell and spigot blanks pass through cutting equipment, and qualified bells and spigots are formed.
