Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: sending a reset connection control symbol to a receiving port of a first switching chip directly connected with the sending end so as to reset the receiving port of the first switching chip; resetting the self SRIO sending port of the sending end; sending a maintenance write operation to a chip specified by a jump parameter HOPCOUNT in the maintenance instruction, and resetting a receiving port of a second switch chip; resetting an SRIO sending port of the first switching chip through maintenance write operation; and modifying a jump parameter HOP_COUNT in the maintenance write operation instruction, enabling the maintenance instruction to act on the next-stage switching chip, and repeating the steps until the SRIO sending port and the SRIO receiving port of the switching chip between the sending end and the receiving end are all reset. According to the method, the interconnection port between the switch chips on the whole communication link from the sender to the receiver is repaired by using the maintenance write operation, and the communication from the sender to other normal terminals is recovered.
