Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of acellular dermal matrix particles. Belongs to the technical field of human organ regeneration and tissue engineering. Comprising the following steps: (1) removing epidermis: disinfecting and cleaning pigskin, and then removing epidermis by using a sodium chloride solution; (2) removal of cell components in dermis: after epidermis is removed, soaking the components in a sodium hydroxide solution, a SDS solution and a trypsin-EDTA solution in sequence, and cleaning to obtain an acellular dermal matrix; and (3) preparing the acellular dermal matrix particles: sequentially grinding, homogenizing and sieving the acellular dermal matrix to obtain the acellular dermal matrix particles. The acellular dermal matrix disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the acellular dermal matrix has a good acellular effect and contains main active ingredients of an acellular fat matrix scaffold. Cellular components causing immune response are removed, and related immune response cannot be caused. The decellularized dermal matrix particles are sieved, the injection effect is good, and the method can be well used for injection filling of soft tissue defect repair.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of human organ regeneration and tissue engineering, and more specifically relates to a preparation method of decellularized dermal matrix particles. Background technique [0002] Soft tissue defects caused by trauma, tumor resection or congenital deformities, as well as soft tissue fillings such as facial microplastic surgery and mammoplasty are very common in clinical practice. Injectable fillers such as hyaluronic acid and collagen are widely used in soft tissue augmentation. However, these materials are difficult to integrate with surrounding tissues and are easily absorbed. Therefore, repeated injections are usually required to maintain long-term results. Repeated injections can lead to embolism, allergies, and other adverse reactions, which can even be life-threatening in severe cases. Therefore, there is an urgent need for safer and more efficient filling materials in the field of soft tissue defect...
