Abstract

The invention discloses a shell monitoring point selection method for sensing the internal hot spot temperature of a GIS disconnecting switch. The method comprises the implementation steps that a finite element simulation three-dimensional model of the GIS disconnecting switch is established; setting material attributes of each part of the model; performing mesh generation on the model through local mesh control; setting boundary conditions and excitation conditions of electromagnetic field calculation; carrying out electromagnetic field loss calculation; introducing the loss as a heat source into the fluid-temperature field; setting boundary conditions and excitation in a fluid-temperature field; carrying out steady-state thermal analysis calculation; extracting a flow line of an SF6 fluid domain from thermal analysis calculation; and selecting temperature monitoring points in the shell according to the integral streamline distribution and the characteristic streamline of the fluid domain. According to the method, selection of the monitoring points can be explained from the perspective of heat transfer of the hot spots, point selection is more reliable, the temperature rule of the GIS disconnecting switch is more visual, a large amount of time is saved, efficiency is high, and the method is practicable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of GIS isolating switch state monitoring, and in particular relates to a method for selecting a shell temperature monitoring point for GIS isolating switch hot spot temperature sensing. Background technique [0002] Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) is widely used in power systems due to its advantages of small footprint, stability, reliability, low interference to the outside world, and safety. However, its tight seal and compact structure make the internal conductors of GIS seriously heat up, causing major power grid accidents such as short circuits. Among them, the poor contact of the internal contacts of the GIS isolating switch is one of the main reasons for the occurrence of GIS equipment. Therefore, realizing the monitoring of the hot spot temperature of the GIS isolating switch is conducive to knowing the operating status of the equipment in time, ensuring the reliability of the GIS equipment, and is very import...
