Abstract

An active power distribution network reconstruction model considering the active management measures and the demand response at the same time is constructed, and a corresponding solving strategy is provided. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, establishing a power distribution network reconstruction model of active management measures and demand response by taking the minimum comprehensive cost of considering the network loss cost, the wind and light abandoning cost and the switch operation punishment cost as a target; then, aiming at the non-convexity of the power distribution network reconstruction model, introducing an intermediate variable, performing second-order cone relaxation on the intermediate variable, and constructing a mixed integer convex programming model, so that the solution efficiency can be improved while a global optimal solution is obtained; and finally, performing example simulation by adopting an improved IEEE 33-node active power distribution network.
