Abstract

The invention provides an artery hardness monitoring method and device. The method comprises the following steps: determining a first conduction time difference between a first conduction path and a second conduction path of a pulse wave; wherein the first conduction path refers to a path from a sinus node pace-making point to a heart ejection point and then from the heart ejection point to a first measurement point, and the second conduction path refers to a path from the sinus node pace-making point to the heart ejection point and then from the heart ejection point to a second measurement point; determining a first path difference between the first conduction path and the second conduction path; determining a pulse wave conduction velocity at least according to the first conduction time difference and the first path difference; wherein the pulse wave conduction velocity is used for reflecting the arterial blood vessel hardening degree.

Description

technical field [0001] The embodiment of the present application relates to electronic technology, but not limited to a method and device for monitoring arterial stiffness. Background technique [0002] The stiffness of arteries is one of the important indicators to measure cardiovascular health, and pulse wave velocity (PWV) can reflect the stiffness of arteries. The so-called PWV refers to the propagation velocity of the pulse wave between two given points in the arterial system. PWV is proportional to the square root of the elastic coefficient (high elastic coefficient, low elastic coefficient). Due to the reduction of arterial elasticity, the propagation speed of pulse wave in the arterial system is accelerated. In recent years, due to the positive correlation between PWV and arterial stiffness, that is, the higher the degree of arterial sclerosis, the faster the pulse wave conduction velocity; in addition, the measurement method of pulse wave conduction velocity is sim...
