The invention discloses an air conditioning system water chilling unit group control method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps that current operation parameters of water chilling units in an air conditioning system are obtained; comparing the current header pipe water supply temperature of the water chilling unit with a water supply temperature set value, and generating a regulation and control strategy of the water chilling unit according to a comparison result and the current operation parameters; and calculating the operation efficiency of the water chilling unit under the regulation and control strategy by using a pre-constructed water chilling unit ICOP-DCOP model, and matching a target regulation and control value of the water chilling unit according to the operation efficiency.
