According to the embodiment of the invention, the time error between the output time corresponding to the attitude data and the emission time corresponding to the laser signal is calculated according to the attitude data and the digital signal converted from the laser signal, and the time of the system can be subsequently calibrated by using the time error, so that the jitter error generated in each link is effectively avoided, and the calibration accuracy is improved.
