Comprising a high-pressure-stage gas compressor, a high-pressure-stage variable-geometry turbine, a low-pressure-stage gas compressor and a low-pressure-stage variable-geometry turbine, the high-pressure-stage variable-geometry turbine is connected with the low-pressure-stage variable-geometry turbine in series, the low-pressure-stage variable-geometry turbine is connected with the high-pressure-stage variable-geometry turbine in series, and an intercooler is connected between the low-pressure-stage gas compressor and the high-pressure-stage gas compressor in series. An inlet of the high-pressure-stage variable geometry turbine is connected with an outlet of the gas generation system, an outlet of the high-pressure-stage gas compressor is connected with a main air branch and an auxiliary air branch, the main air branch is connected into an air inlet of the gas generation system, and the auxiliary air branch is connected into a gas outlet of the gas generation system. A fuel gas bypass branch is connected between the high-pressure-stage variable geometry turbine fuel gas inlet pipeline and the high-pressure-stage variable geometry turbine fuel gas outlet pipeline, and a successive switching valve, a flowmeter V4 and a fuel gas bypass valve are arranged on the fuel gas bypass branch.
