Abstract

The invention discloses a comment analysis method and device based on semantic perception. The comment analysis method comprises the steps of collecting a comment text of a target application; dividing each evaluation text into at least one sentence; comment attributes of the comment text are extracted; splicing the vector of each word in the sentence with the vector of the comment attribute; based on a splicing result, calculating a probability vector of a word BIO tag to obtain defect characteristics in the evaluation text; and clustering the defect characteristics to obtain a comment analysis result.
