The invention provides a distributed multi-region power transmission network collaborative economic dispatching method and a computing device.The distributed multi-region power transmission network collaborative economic dispatching method comprises the steps that firstly, in a multi-parameter planning theory, piecewise linearity or quadratic convexity of a value function and the property of corresponding parameter feasible space definition on limited polygon critical domain sets are utilized; taking boundary phase angle information as a parameter, and re-expressing a multi-region collaboration problem as a multi-parameter linear or quadratic programming problem; secondly, asynchronously and synergistically updating the boundary phase angle of each region in a mode of designing block coordinate descent according to the graphical characteristics of the critical region, realizing coordinate exploration crossing the critical region, and iteratively reducing the economic cost of system operation while ensuring feasible scheduling; and finally, designing an effective parameter coordinate system rotation strategy, and ensuring that the optimal economic operation cost is efficiently obtained in the distributed solving process by utilizing the characteristics of the special subgradient direction for the descending process.
