Abstract

The invention provides an electro-hydraulic actuator and a control method and device thereof. The electro-hydraulic actuator comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a displacement sensor, at least two oil pumping branches, a reversing branch, an oil cylinder and a controller. The reversing branch comprises at least two inlets; an outlet of the oil cylinder is communicated with inlets of at least two oil pumping branches, and an outlet of each oil pumping branch is communicated with one inlet of the reversing branch. A first oil supply and return port of the reversing branch is communicated with a first cavity of the hydraulic cylinder, a second oil supply and return port of the reversing branch is communicated with a second cavity of the hydraulic cylinder, and an oil return outlet of the reversing branch is communicated with an inlet of the oil cylinder; the displacement sensor detects displacement of a push rod of the hydraulic cylinder; and the controller sends an oil way reversing instruction to the reversing branch according to the target moving direction, and if the displacement is smaller than the target displacement, an oil pumping control instruction is sent to the oil pumping branch.
