The invention provides a security prediction method and system for personnel mobility, client equipment and a server, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the trajectory data of a user to which a client belongs, and randomly dividing the trajectory data into first secret sharing data according to the trajectory data; according to the trajectory data, second secret shared data which is transmitted by the server side and is obtained by randomly dividing model parameters of the personnel mobility prediction model, and a first random number set generated by a trusted third party, a security interaction protocol is applied to interact with the server side to perform reasoning of the pre-trained personnel mobility prediction model; obtaining a first reasoning result; and receiving a second reasoning result obtained by performing interactive reasoning on the personnel mobility prediction model by the server according to the first secret shared data, the model parameters and a second random number set generated by the trusted third party, and obtaining a prediction result in combination with the first reasoning result and the second reasoning result. According to the method, safe and effective prediction can be realized, and the communication overhead is reduced while the accuracy is ensured.
