According to the method, each application corresponds to one running specification file, through the corresponding running specification file, the application and the corresponding dependent program can be downloaded, and then the corresponding loading and configuration program is run, so that the software can be directly used in a downloading machine, the tedious process of compiling and installing is omitted, a large amount of time and energy are saved, and through the method, the operation efficiency is improved.
