The active frequency selective surface unit comprises an upper wave absorbing layer and a lower wave transmitting layer; the wave absorbing layer comprises a first dielectric layer and a first metal layer located on the upper surface of the first dielectric layer; the wave-transparent layer comprises a second dielectric layer and a second metal layer located on the upper surface of the second dielectric layer; an air layer is arranged between the first dielectric layer and the second dielectric layer; the wave absorbing layer is used for absorbing low-frequency electromagnetic waves; the wave-transparent layer is used for transmitting high-frequency-band electromagnetic waves; and the air layer is used for connecting the wave-absorbing layer and the wave-transparent layer and simultaneously plays a role in increasing bandwidth and matching impedance.
