The fuel cell controller adjusts the opening degree of the first bypass valve according to the temperature value detected by the temperature and pressure sensor; when the humidifier is not needed, the humidifier is cut out, so that the situation that the fuel cell system does not comprise the humidifier is realized; when the humidifier is needed, the humidifier is connected into the air subsystem, and the humidity of air entering the galvanic pile is adjusted by adjusting the opening degree of the first bypass valve through the fuel cell controller, so that when excessive moisture is not needed, the flow of the air flowing through the humidifier can be reduced, and the humidity of the air entering the galvanic pile is reduced.
