Abstract

The invention relates to a circulating tumor cell sorting micro-fluidic chip, which comprises a function plate, a sorting flow channel used for gathering circulating tumor cells into a band is arranged on a first side surface of the function plate, and a shunting hole penetrating through the wall surface of the sorting flow channel is formed in the sorting flow channel. A blocking piece is arranged in the sorting flow channel corresponding to the inlet of the shunting hole, and the blocking piece is positioned on one side, close to the circulating tumor cell aggregation, of the shunting hole. The flow dividing hole is formed in the sorting flow channel to discharge part of red blood cells and white blood cells, the blocking piece is arranged to block circulating tumor cells and prevent the circulating tumor cells from flowing into the flow dividing hole, the content proportion of the circulating tumor cells in liquid at the downstream of the flow dividing hole is increased, and then the recycling rate of the circulating tumor cells can be effectively increased.
