Wherein the conveying belt is used for conveying plastic boxes; and the storage tank is suspended right above the front end of the conveying belt through a bracket and is used for stacking a plurality of water absorption pads to be filled into the plastic box. The flow guide mechanism comprises a flow guide groove and a plurality of air nozzles; the flow guide groove is formed over the middle end of the conveying belt and used for directionally conveying the water absorption pads separated from the water absorption pad suction mechanism and filling the water absorption pads into plastic boxes.
