Problems solved by technology

[0002] Although the existing literature is full of studies on the operating principle and analytical modeling of linear oscillating motors, there are still two problems in the process of analytical modeling of this type of motors: Simplify the analytical model to obtain a more concise mathematical form, preset too many assumptions before modeling, but did not further discuss the calculation errors caused by the factors neglected in the assumptions, and lacked judgment on the assumptions made Whether it is a reasonable theoretical basis; the second is: the armature magnetic field and the permanent magnetic field are analyzed under the same magnetic circuit, ignoring the objective fact that the two magnetic circuits do not completely overlap in the oscillating motor

Abstract

The invention discloses a linear oscillation motor electromagnetic modeling method and system considering path difference, and belongs to the field of electromagnetic field analysis and calculation, four assumed conditions of a traditional modeling method are simplified into two assumed conditions, and equivalent magnetic circuits under the independent action of permanent magnet and armature current are respectively established based on the simplified assumed conditions; magnetic circuit parameters are calculated, and the magnetic flux of each branch in a magnetic circuit is solved; a permanent magnet flux linkage expression and an armature flux linkage expression are deduced through a superposition theorem, and an electromagnetic thrust expression is solved by combining an energy conservation theorem and a virtual displacement theorem. By applying the electromagnetic modeling method disclosed by the invention, the precision of analytical calculation of the linear oscillation motor can be improved on the premise of not greatly increasing the modeling difficulty. Based on structural parameters of the same linear oscillation motor, calculation results of the modeling method, a traditional modeling method and a finite element method are comprehensively compared, effectiveness of the modeling method is verified, and it is proved that the modeling method has higher calculation precision compared with the traditional modeling method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of electromagnetic field analysis and calculation, and relates to an electromagnetic modeling method and system for a linear oscillating motor considering path differences. Background technique [0002] Although there is no lack of research on the operation principle and analytical modeling of linear oscillating motors in the existing literature, there are still two problems in the process of analytical modeling for this type of motor: one is: The analytic model is simplified to obtain a relatively concise mathematical form, and too many premise assumptions are preset before modeling, but there is no further discussion on the calculation errors caused by the influencing factors ignored in the assumptions, and there is a lack of premise for judging the assumptions made. The second is that the armature magnetic field and the permanent magnet magnetic field are analyzed under the same magnetic circuit, ignoring the objec...
