Problems solved by technology

[0007] In the aforementioned existing inkjet printheads, its ink supply mode is limited to one of the two-way ink supply in the center or the one-way ink supply on both sides of the edge. Ink flow channel, so under the limitation of its ink supply method, the number of nozzles will also be limited, so that the printing resolution cannot be effectively increased

Embodiment Construction

[0032] Please refer to Figure 7 and Figure 8 , Figure 7 It is a schematic diagram of nozzle distribution of the inkjet printing head 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, Figure 8 for Figure 7 A schematic diagram of the inkjet printing head 100 disposed in an ink cartridge 110 . The inkjet printhead 100 includes a substrate 101 , a nozzle layer 102 and a plurality of bubble generating components 103 , and the ink cartridge 110 includes an ink storage tank 111 for storing ink. In addition, the inkjet print head 100 also includes a flexible circuit board 109 connected to the nozzle layer 102 on the substrate 101 and attached to the shell of the ink cartridge 110 with glue (not shown in the figure). A first central ink flow channel 104 , a first edge ink flow channel 106 and a second edge ink flow channel 108 are formed in the substrate 101 for transporting the ink in the ink storage tank 111 . The first central ink flow channel 104 has a centr...

Abstract

An integrated ink jet printhead is composed of a substrate, a nozzle layer and more air bubble generators. More first and second fluid cavities are formed between said nozzle layer and the surface of said substrate. A central ink channel and a side ink channel are formed in said substrate for feeding ink to said fluid cavities. Its advantage is high density of nozzles in unit area.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an inkjet printing head and its ink supply method, in particular to an inkjet printing head with a high nozzle density comprising a central ink channel for bidirectional ink delivery and an edge ink channel for unidirectional ink delivery and its ink supply method. Background technique [0002] Please refer to figure 1 , figure 1 It is a schematic structural diagram of the existing inkjet printing head 10 . The structure of the inkjet print head 10 is disclosed in US Pat. No. 4,680,859 and US Pat. No. 4,683,481. The inkjet printhead 10 includes an ink flow channel 12 formed in the center of a substrate 14, wherein the ink flow channel 12 can be formed in the substrate 14 by sandblasting, laser cutting or etching, and the ink flow channel 12 is located on the surface of the substrate 14. Two rows of heating resistors 16 for generating air bubbles are respectively provided on both sides of th...
