Abstract

The testing system includes simulative microbe culture unit, microbe detection unit and microbe sampling unit with function for simulating breath. The sampling unit includes outer tube, filler and container for samples. The filler is flexible connected to top part of the outer tube, and the inner side of the filler is flexible connected to internal fixation board. The low end of the filler is setup inside container. There is an opening in sidewall of the outer tube. The opening is connected to a manual simulation lung. Non-poisonous or lesser poisonous bacteria, fungus or bacteriophage are used as microbiological indicators to simulate stronger poisonous bacteria such as SARS.
