Abstract

On the eccentric part, a connecting rod is linked which can transfer the rotating force from the crankshaft to the piston, and the connecting rod is sandwiched in the eccentric sleeve. A buffer part is arranged on outside of the locking pin. The buffer part can be a buffer tube pressed into the locking pin, or coating on outside of the locking pin.
