The container(2) comprises a base body(6) which comprises the ceramics having a concave part for accommodating an electrolyte member(3) having first and second electrodes(4, 5) at one and the other main sides, at one side; a first fluid channel(8) formed from the lower part of the concave part facing the one main side of the electrolyte member to the outer side of the base body; a first wiring conductor(10) whose one terminal is arranged at the lower part of the concave part facing the first electrode of the electrolyte member and whose other terminal is drawn into the outer side of the base body; a cover body(7) which covers the concave part to be adhered to the one side of the surroundings of the concave part of the base body and tightly seals the concave part; a second fluid channel(9) formed from the one side of the cover body facing the other main side of the electrolyte member to the outer side of the cover body; and a second wiring conductor(11) whose one terminal is arranged at the one side of the cover body facing the second electrode of the electrolyte member and whose other terminal is drawn into the outer side of the cover body.
