Abstract

The invention relates to a hygienic paper dispenser that stores dry toilet paper and dispenses moistened hygienic paper. To this end, the dispenser contains a housing, roll holders for holding the hygienic paper, a moistening unit that is equipped with a liquid reservoir, a moistening roll, and at least one liquid tank, which communicate with one another, and a dispensing unit comprising a hygienic paper advancing roll that is in contact with the moistening roll with the hygienic paper being situated therebetween.
