The improvement includes adopting great diameter wheels and small diameter wheel shaft to reduce vehicle friction, raise vehicle passing capacity and raise stability. The cross beam is shifted downward to lower the height of vehicle gravity center and raise the safety; and low strength and high speed engine is used to overcome the friction while high strength and low speed engine is used to overcome the gravitational resistance. One safety wheel turntable is adopted to ensure the adoption of small diameter wheel bearing and to replace broken wheel shaft for normal running of vehicle.
