Abstract

The present invention discloses a nano silver biological bionic dressing and its preparation method. Said invention utilizes nano technology and self-assembling technology to assemble nano silver particle layer on the chitosan film. Its preparation includes the following steps: (1) preparation of nano silver particles: preparing silver nitrate (Ag NO3) solution, placing said solution in a container, stirring, heating and boiling, then drop-adding sodium citrate (Na3 C6 H5 O7 2H2O) solution, reacting for a certain time, then naturally cooling; (2) preparation of chitosan film: using acetic acid solution to dissolve chitosan, suction-filtering, pouring the suction-filtered solution into culture dish, drying to form film, using sodium hydroxide (No OH) to make treatment, finally using running water to rinse the film; and (3) preparation of nano silver biological bionic dressing: soaking the chitosan film in the nano silver particle solution, utilizing self-assembling technique to make nano silver particles be assembled on the chitosan film so as to obtain the invented product.
