Abstract

The invention relates a to tensile strength 780MPa grade complex phase steel sheet. Its chemical composition mass percent is as follows: 0.13-0.17%C, 0.20-0.40%Si, 1.30-1.50%Mn, 0.02-0.03%Nb, rest Fe. And its form is granular bainite and martensite complex phase; and the former volume fraction is 90-95%; the latter is 10-5%; yield strength 525- 550MPa tensile strength 785-795MPa breaking post general elongation is 20-25%. The invention adopts rolling by rolling and cooling control method. The start rolling temperature is 1100-1150 centigrade degree. The final is 800-850 centigrade degree. The first segment cooling speed is 40-70 centigrade degree per second. The second is 220-360. The temperature after cooling is 550-610 centigrade degree. Winding temperature is 20-250 centigrade degree. Steel sheet thickness is 3-4.5mm.
