Abstract

The invention provides a multi-electrode assembled and non heart damage pacing electrodes comprising the multiple-twin electrode plate made by conductive materials, the wire connected to the multi- twin electrode plates, the soft insulation materials made plate connected to the surface of the multiple-twin electrode and position instructions. The plate of multiple-twin electrode were placed on the two electrode connecting surface , all the electrode plate are independent, separated, insulated and every pair of electrode plates were located staggered. This invention on the one hand can reduce pacing current threshold, alleviate stabbing pain of the sufferers, increase the current density acting on myocardium; on the other hand, as the pacing current decreases, it reduces the load requirements of the output circuit in pacemaker design, thereby reducing the requirements for the devices.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a heart non-invasive pacing electrode, which is applied to a human external non-invasive cardiac pacemaker and belongs to the technical field of biomedical engineering. Background technique [0002] When external pacing is used for treatment or first aid, the two poles of the electrode need to be attached to the chest and back of the patient's heart, respectively. The electrodes used in the prior art are a pair of electrodes. We know that the current density between the two electrodes is inversely proportional to the area of the electrode plate and proportional to the magnitude of the applied current. Generally, for effective pacing, it is necessary to exceed a certain pacing current threshold. Due to individual differences, the required effective pacing current threshold is different, and the stinging sensation brought by the pacing current to patients is also different. Generally speaking, when the required pacing current...
