Embodiment 1

[0023] Weigh 1.99 grams of PR122, 0.09 grams of PV23, 0.29 grams of PBK7, and 1000 grams of CSC-B base material. Mix the above raw materials, and then apply the mixed composition evenly and evenly on the coated paper under the environmental conditions of relative humidity of 50%±5% and room temperature of 23±2°C. Abstract

This invention discloses a kind of 7.5P 7.5/4 pigmentary combination and its method for preparation of color blocks. The compositions of the said combination are as follows by weight: CSC-B, the base in 995-1005 portions; PR122 with 30% color content, in 1.97-2.01 portions; PV23 with 30% color content, in 0.09 portions, PBK7 with 9% color content, in 0.28-0.30 portion. The main constituent of the said CSC-B base is acrylic acid copolymer, whose content is 30-40% and the marked ISO 591 R2 pigment, whose content is 8-12%, is the main used white pigment with the content of titanium dioxide greater than or equal 95%, the oil absorption less than or equal 20g/100g and the Reynolds coefficient of the reducing power equal to 1800. The contrast ratio of the main material to the base is 0.78-0.82, the Stomer viscosity is 90-100 KU and the gloss is 5-10 degree at an incidence angle of 85 degree . The said combination in this invention has characteristics of high weather resisting property and stability and good repeatability of the mixture ratio. All used crude materials and technical processes meet the requirements and standards of low voice and zero voice. The chromatic aberration of the said color blocks is small compared to the standard values of the theoretic models in the book 'Chinese Color System'. With the high accuracy of the implemented color, the good proficiency of the making technique, the said product has strong use value.
