The converting device 1 comprises a polarizing or polarization beam splitter 11, a converting module 12 and a retroreflector 13. The polarizing or polarization beam splitter 11 is configured to split the unpolarized incident light 2 into a first polarization wave 21 and a second polarization wave 22. The polarizing or polarization beam splitter 11 reflects the first polarization wave 21 and allows the second polarization wave 22 passing through thereon.
